Tourism in Puerto Vallarta

Casa Kimberley
Paying homage to one of Hollywood's most iconic super couples, Casa Kimberley nowadays is an inn composed of two adjoining houses. One was bought by Richard Burton as a home while he was in town filming The Night of the Iguana. Soon after, he bought the home across the street as a gift to lover Elizabeth Taylor and connected the two with an elegant pink bridge. Today it's one of Puerto Vallarta's most sought-out landmarks and an icon of Hollywood romance at its best.

Downtown Puerto Vallarta
As the social and cultural hub of Puerto Vallarta, Downtown is the place to be. Whether you're on the hunt for a bite to eat, a new outfit or just an enjoyable stroll through the white-washed buildings and cobbled streets of the historic part of town, Downtown Puerto Vallarta is a veritable treasure trove of entertainment, tourism and culture.

Our Spanish school in Puerto Vallarta is located right here in the swing of things, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, bars and - of course - the beach!

El Malecon
El Malecon, Puerto Vallarta's seaside boardwalk, is truly one of the highlights of the city. Morning, noon or night the boardwalk is brimming with locals and visitors alike who come to enjoy the swaying palm trees, funky modern sculptures and spectacular and unobstructed vistas of the sunset.

Los Arcos
The Los Arcos amphitheater, named for the four stone arches facing the sea, is an outdoor venue where you can enjoy open-air entertainment pretty much any night of the week.

Puerto Vallarta Marina
Marina Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta's swanky yachting marina, is a huge, tourism-fueled development of five-star hotels, top-notch restaurants, art galleries, pricey shops, golf courses and everything else a tourist could ask for! You can even arrange a charter boat excursion right on the docks, and it's a major meeting point for fishing trips, whale-watching adventures, canopy tours and other activities.
